Refund policy
Last updated August 25, 2026
The short version: if Unskippable doesn't launch on time, or it launches and isn't what you wanted, you get all of your money back. Email sshirgaleev@gmail.com and say so. You do not need to give a reason and nobody will try to talk you out of it.
What you are buying
Unskippable is not yet released. A Founding Member purchase of $199 is a pre-order. It reserves one of 100 founding seats and permanently locks your renewal price. Your 12 months of access begin on the launch date, currently scheduled for September 30, 2026 — not on the date you pay. Time spent waiting for launch does not eat into your 12 months.
The refund window
- You may request a full refund at any time between your purchase and 30 days after launch.
- If the launch date moves, the window moves with it. It always ends 30 days after the product actually becomes available to you, never earlier.
- If Unskippable is never released at all, every pre-order is refunded in full, without anyone needing to ask.
First Month purchases
A First Month purchase is a single payment of $29, taken when you buy. It covers one month of access beginning on launch day, currently scheduled for September 30, 2026. It is not a subscription: nothing recurs, and no further payment is taken unless you actively choose to buy more. It is refundable in full on the same terms as a founding seat — any time until 30 days after launch.
How to request one
Email sshirgaleev@gmail.com from the address you purchased with. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5 business days, and always within 14. You will receive confirmation from Stripe when it is processed.
Renewals
There are none by default. Neither purchase sets up a recurring charge, so there is nothing to cancel and no risk of a payment you did not expect. Before your access ends we will email you and ask whether you want to continue; founding members are offered $199 for a further 12 months, and that held price is a commitment we make to you rather than an automatic charge. Any payment you do choose to make is refundable for 30 days.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under consumer protection law in your country, including any statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract. Where local law gives you more than this policy does, local law applies.
