Terms of service

These terms govern your prepayment for pre-release access to Unskippable and, once released, your use of the service. By purchasing, you agree to them.

1. Pre-release status

Unskippable does not currently exist as a usable product. Everything described on this website is a description of software under development. The target release date is September 30, 2026. This date is a good-faith estimate and may change. If it changes, your refund window extends accordingly — see the refund policy.

2. What a Founding Member seat includes

• One of 100 founding seats, sold once and not reissued.
• 12 months of access beginning on the launch date, for $199.
• A held price of $199 for each further 12 months, offered to you whenever your access is due to end. Nothing renews automatically and no card is charged without you choosing to.
• Access to additional platforms we add, at no extra charge.
• Direct email access to the founder and priority consideration of feature requests. Priority consideration is not a guarantee that any specific feature will be built.

3. Features and roadmap

Product features described on this site represent our current intent. Specific features may change, be delayed, or be replaced with alternatives that serve the same purpose. If the released product does not do what you paid for, your remedy is a full refund under the refund policy.

4. No guarantee of results

Unskippable provides analysis and suggestions. It does not and cannot guarantee growth in followers, views, engagement, revenue, or any other outcome. Any figures published on this site describe the founder's personal results and are not a representation of what you will achieve.

5. Relationship to Instagram and Meta

Unskippable is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. You are responsible for ensuring your own use of Unskippable complies with Instagram's terms of service. We do not ask for and will never require your Instagram password.

6. Acceptable use

• One purchase covers one person and their own accounts.
• Do not resell, sublicense, or redistribute output as a competing analysis service.
• Do not use Unskippable to harass, impersonate, or target private individuals.

7. Cancellation and termination

You may cancel at any time; cancellation prevents future charges. We may terminate an account for breach of section 6, in which case any unused portion of the current term is refunded pro rata.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from these terms is limited to the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
