Terms of service

These terms govern your subscription to and use of Unskippable. By subscribing, you agree to them.

1. Service status

Unskippable is live and access begins when payment is taken. Features described on this website are available to subscribers today, except where explicitly described as planned. See the refund policy for cancellations and refunds.

2. What the annual plan includes

• Full access to the product for $199 per year, beginning immediately.
• An automatically renewing annual subscription. Your card is charged $199 every twelve months until you cancel, and the rate is held at $199 for as long as the subscription remains active.
• Cancellation at any time from your account. Cancelling ends future charges and leaves access running until the end of the period already paid for.
• Access to additional platforms we add, at no extra charge.
• Direct email access to the founder and priority consideration of feature requests. Priority consideration is not a guarantee that any specific feature will be built.

3. Features and roadmap

Product features described on this site represent our current intent. Specific features may change, be delayed, or be replaced with alternatives that serve the same purpose. If the released product does not do what you paid for, your remedy is a full refund under the refund policy.

4. No guarantee of results

Unskippable provides analysis and suggestions. It does not and cannot guarantee growth in followers, views, engagement, revenue, or any other outcome. Any figures published on this site describe the founder's personal results and are not a representation of what you will achieve.

5. Relationship to Instagram and Meta

Unskippable is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. You are responsible for ensuring your own use of Unskippable complies with Instagram's terms of service. We do not ask for and will never require your Instagram password.

6. Acceptable use

• One purchase covers one person and their own accounts.
• Do not resell, sublicense, or redistribute output as a competing analysis service.
• Do not use Unskippable to harass, impersonate, or target private individuals.

7. Cancellation and termination

You may cancel at any time; cancellation prevents future charges. We may terminate an account for breach of section 6, in which case any unused portion of the current term is refunded pro rata.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from these terms is limited to the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Changes and contact
